Vodafone sells broadband over both Openreach and CityFibre networks: Superfast (FTTC) packages around 35 to 67 Mbps and Full Fibre packages from about 74 Mbps up to 910 Mbps depending on which network serves your address. Vodafone was one of the first big providers to push CityFibre, so in CityFibre areas its full-fibre pricing is often aggressive.
Test wired or next to the router first. On FTTC packages, line length to the cabinet caps speed. Vodafone’s app also lets you check for line faults, and if you are on Superfast where Full Fibre is now available, upgrading is the single biggest fix.
Yes, Vodafone advertises a speed guarantee on many packages: if you don’t get the promised sync speed, you can claim money off until it’s fixed. Check the terms for your specific package.
